Mind Food

Can what you eat affect your mind? Well, yes of course. Everything we put into our body has an effect on our brain. 

The problem with  poor mental health : depression - feelings of worthlessness - life fog,  is that just knocking back the prescribed meds will not heal your brain chemistry. 

Many depressed people are very low in vitamin D, the B vits and essential fatty acids (EFA's) for a start. 

But something like candida may be the problem. or internal parasites. 

OR it could stem from EMF (electromagnetic field) pollution - far too much wifi surrounds us, and bomabards our bodies constantly with negative energies. 

Certainly, there is much that can be done to improve your mood and mind health by eating clean, and taking natural high quality bioavailable supplements.
